At Stoneleaf Soaps LLC, we take pride in creating handmade soap and skincare products in small batches. Each item is unique, and slight variations in color, size, weight, or design are a natural result of the artisanal process. These variations do not affect the quality or performance of the product.
This Shipping Policy explains our order processing and delivery procedures.
1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent when your order has shipped.

Because our products are handmade in batches, processing times may occasionally be longer during high-demand periods, but we will communicate any delays clearly.

3. Carriers
Orders are shipped via reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier will be selected based on the most efficient method for your order.

A tracking number will be provided with every shipment. Use this number to check the status of your package on the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Errors & Address Issues

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Stoneleaf Soaps LLC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may request reshipment at your expense.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Stoneleaf Soaps LLC cannot guarantee delivery times. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We will assist where possible but are not liable for carrier delays.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:

We will review your claim and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
