Returns & Refund Policy

At Stoneleaf Soaps LLC, we take pride in crafting handmade soap and skincare products in small batches. Because of this process, each product may vary slightly in color, size, shape, or texture. These variations are a natural result of the artisanal process and do not affect the quality or performance of the product.

 

Due to the personal nature of these products, all sales are considered final. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we will work with you if there is an issue.

 

1. All Sales Final

Because our products are handmade and intended for personal use, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Variations in appearance (color, shape, or texture differences)

  • General dissatisfaction with scent or aesthetic preferences

  • Skin sensitivities or allergic reactions (please read ingredient lists carefully)

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Contact Us by Email.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Once reviewed, we will offer either a replacement item or a refund to your original payment method.

 

3. Shipping Errors

 

If you receive the wrong item in your order:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will provide instructions for return (at our expense) and ship the correct item promptly.

 

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

 

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Custom or special order items

  • Gift cards

  • Products with natural handmade variations that are not defects

 

6. Product Use and Safety

 

  • All products are intended for external use only.

  • Customers with allergies or sensitive skin should review the ingredient lists carefully before use.

  • Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

  • Keep products out of reach of children and pets.
